I am always providing stretches for my clients to build on the good work
that I have done. Often though when I next see my client they have failed to do little or any of my stretches!
The usual reason is lack of time. Here are some useful ways of incorporating some daily stretching into your life.
Schedule time in your calender and set up a reminder in your phone
Incorporate stretching into your daily routines e.g. while waiting for the kettle to boil, cleaning teeth or sitting in a traffic jam
Break down into 5 minute chunks
Put up a tick list on your fridge or computer
Keep rollers, spikey balls etc. where you can easliy see them
Do some stretching everytime you pop to the loo
