I spend most of my time as a massage therapist relieving pain in the neck, upper back and shoulders.

I recommend using a roller between massage sessions to help maximise the benefits of my treatment. Here are some exercises using a foam roller.


Relaxing the back

Loosens the upper back as well as toning your glutes!
